This ministry started with one man being willing to do what God called him to do, but very quickly God began to call many others to join him. This calling is about each person saying, "Yes" when God calls them. There are thousands of people involved in this ministry: teachers, accountants, preachers, musicians, engineers, givers, Kenyans, Americans, families, churches, missionaries, all acting as a part of the body of Christ. There is not one of us that deserve any glory, but may all the glory be to God for the work that He will do through this ministry.
Throughout the duration of the ministry, God has asked, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" And this is the team that has answered, "Here I am ! Send me."

Eugene is the founder of HLWP. He started going to Kenya in 2008, after he heard the Lord call him.

Judy is the co-founder and wife of Eugene Saul. Eugene and Judy got married in 2024. That marriage was Judy's yes to the Lord. She has been to Kenya many times since then.
